I plan to add a built-in article viewer and editor, but that will most likely come later, not in the first release. One of the first things I did was add support for decoding RFC2047-style subjects and authors, without that most entries look broken. There's a lot to do to make Item a modern Haiku application, like using system colors, adding translations with the Locale Kit and improve scaling by using the Layout Kit. Don't expect too much from the first version, but I try to release one soon that at least allows you to read some content. Show more
