    Are all the dungeons made from a master print, or are there various designs?
    Like what about the MUD game that is in the program files /
    here , complaired to somewhere else, are they the same place with differnt users

    There are a variety of MUD engines/codebases you can use. Each has it's own pros & cons. I prefer CoffeeMUD as it is very modern, written in Java, and has a nice web interface. It can also import a variety of "area" files from other MUD codebase formats.

    The answer is...it depends. Some games some with locations, skills and the like, some are barebones ready for you to build your own. I think a lot of the Diki and CircleMUD, and similar were like that.
